1.\u00a0Terms And Conditions<\/strong>
1.1. These Buying-Selling rules (further Rules) are valid when buying in EDGClothes internet shop. It sets Buyer’s and Seller’s rights, duties and responsibilities.
1.2. EDGClothes may change shopping rules in its sole discretion on the website.\u00a0 During the process of buying the rules that are valid at the moment of placing an order.
1.3. The Agreement between EDGClothes and the Buyer is established from the moment when the Buyer adds the goods to the shopping cart, indicates the the delivery address ,the paying method and accepting EDGClothes rules.\u00a0 By pressing the button “confirm order” the Buyer must pay for the order within two working days, otherwise the order will be canceled.

2.\u00a0Protection of personal data\u00a0<\/strong>
2.1. While ordering the goods from EDGClothes, The Buyer\u00a0has to enter the name, surname, delivery address and email and a password.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct data while placing\u00a0 the order.\u00a0
2.3 . The Buyer agrees that his personal data will be used for EDGClothes purposes, letting to complete the order.\u00a0
2.4. By pressing the button “Agree”, the Buyer automatically agrees with the data to be used for marketing purposes.\u00a0
2.5. EDGClothes is responsible for not\u00a0disclosing of any other type of client\u2019s information to third parties in all cases are coordinated with a client. In all other cases any of kind of personal data can be disclosed only according to the legal acts of Lithuanian law.\u00a0

3. Buyer’s Rights and Responsibilities<\/strong>
3.1. The Buyer has the right to buy goods on www.edgclothes.lt according to shop rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right\u00a0to cancel the Order while complying to Return policy rules.
3.3. The Buyer must pay for the goods according to these Rules.\u00a0
3.4. If the Buyer’s Data changes he must inform EDGClothes immediately.\u00a0\u00a0
3.5. Using EDGCLothes the Buyer is responsible for complying with these rules, other terms in EDGClothes website and not to break the laws of Lithuanian Republic.

4. Returns and Exchanges
<\/strong>4.1.\u00a0Buyer must contact us\u00a0within:\u00a014 days of delivery.4.2. Returnes item must be shipped back within:\u00a030 days of delivery.
4.2. The item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED.
4.3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4.4. EDGClohtes refunds only value of the item (without any shipping costs).
4.5. Refunds are made using the same way of payment that the customer used for the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
